Sailing Milos is a family business founded by George Mathioudakis, who was captain of the Merchant Navy as of 1995 and afterwards as captain of an excursion ship that toured around Milos.

In 2003 he bought his first boat, a traditional wooden sailboat and started showing visitors the treasures of the island. At the same time, the «HOTEL ELENI» was built in the quiet area of ​​Lagada in Adamas port, which is headed by his wife Eleni Mathioudaki and their eldest son Giannis.
Their youngest son, Stavros Mathioudakis, having been involved in racing sailing and having obtained a Skipper diploma, he started to deal with the family’s maritime business from the very beginning.

In 2004 they acquired the sailing boat “ELENI”, a Skipper 56, followed by a similar one in 2019 named “STAGIA”. In 2020, “SANTA MARIA”, a Beneteau 43.4, joined the company’s fleet. In 2021 the family opened her first travel agency downtown Adamas port.
The experience combined with their passion reached their businesses in the top of the tourism industry of Milos.
